Free Mindset Coaching

Your life has no limits other than your habitual mind. Let's set you free.

Habitual thinking

is a trained, categorical and socially-rewarded way of thinking that makes you reliable for yourself and others. But it limits your development opportunities to a fraction of the actual opportunities life has on offer for you.

Free thinking

is original, independent thinking that generates and develops unique and innovative ideas that are unconstrained by your history, ego and social environment. It is the foundation of a satisfied, productive and free life.

Free Mindset Coaching

focuses on adopting sustainable practices to trade habitual for free thinking. You will rediscover perspectives and ressources, and learn to reuse the unlimited potential of your mind once again.

How it works

Online and offline. Weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions. Additional ressources for practicing free thinking.

Problem Solving & Growth Mindset Coaching

You can do anything. You just can't do it YET.

Fixed mindset

People with a fixed mindset believe that their abilities are static traits that cannot be changed. They tend to believe that they are born with a certain level of intelligence or talent, and there's little they can do to alter it. They often avoid challenges for fear of failure and create fewer opportunities for themselves as a result.

Problem solving & growth mindset

People with a growth mindset believe that their abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work. They see problems as opportunities to learn and grow, embrace effort as the path to mastery, and are inspired by the success of others. They tend to persevere in the face of setbacks, see failures as opportunity, and are more likely to achieve their long-term goals.

Problem Solving & Growth Mindset Coaching

is an experiential journey during which you gradually shift from a fixed to a problem solving & growth mindset by reflecting on your own and other's growth journey's as well as experiencing the self-made limitations of your mind.

How it works

Online or offline. 5-10 coaching sessions. Additional ressources for practicing a growth mindset. Lifelong, on demand mentoring at reduced rates.

Team Coaching: Collective Mindset for Collaboration and Growth

Aligned values are the main difference between a dysfunctional and a high-performing team.

Misaligned teams

The actions and inactions employees take on a daily basis are driven by their values. In an organizational team, the alignment of these values is the fundamental difference between a high-performing team and a dysfunctional one.

If your team members' values are not aligned, you are likely to suffer from broken communication, lack of collaboration, and silo formation. Obviously, you cannot compete with other companies if mistrust is the basis of how your company operates.

The most common approach to promoting shared values - handing out a corporate bible of values or leadership principles during onboarding - is also the least effective. Adult learning does not work this way. There is scientific consensus that the deep embedding of new knowledge and its effective transfer into action in adults comes from the combination of applied learning and reflection.

Aligned teams

A well-functioning team operates smoothly and achieves exceptional results when its members share congruent values AND know about it. Shared personal and corporate values serve as a collective filtering and guidance system that shapes your team's perspectives, judgments, and subsequent actions and non-actions, creating a collective mindset and aligned operating norms, as well as a sustainable embedded culture of collaboration and synergy. A team's collectively aligned mindset effectively prevents the formation of silos and sabotage, and increases productivity.

Collective Mindset for Collaboration and Growth

Collective Mindset for Collaboration and Growth is an experiential learning program in which team members go through a shared experience of exploring their own and each other's habits, practices, values, and beliefs with the goal of better understanding and aligning with each other, and possibly even shaping your organizational values.

How it works

This one-day workshop is about gaining a new perspective on your own values map, that of the rest of the team and that of the company, and getting to know and appreciate what can collectively arise from this.

We focus on experiential learning and reflection and employ positive reinforcement techniques from neuro-linguistic programming as well as growth mindset theory. The workshop is effective for all teams, from high performing to highly dysfunctional.
